This mask combines activated bamboo charcoal, sulfur, bentonite clay and hibiscus flower powder. The properties of the ingredients (in no particular order):
Activated bamboo charcoal helps keep bacteria that causes acne. It is anti-inflammatory and also helps with the appearance of scars and blemishes. It also reduces excess oil in the skin.
Sulfur helps to dry excess sebum (oil) from the surface of the skin. It also dries keeps dead skin cells dried up (this helps to keep your pores unclogged). Sulfur is also antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.
Dead Sea Clay has a very high concentration of necessary minerals. These include calcium, magnesium, bromide and sulfate. There are numerous benefits that dead sea clay. It helps absorb excess oils and dirt, it purifies and cleanses the skin, it helps with exfoliation, it tightens and tones the skin (reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles), just to list a few benefits.
Bentonite Clay carries negatively charged ions, which help attract and draw toxins onto the the surface of the skin (where they can then be washed away). It contains many minerals that help keep the skin healthy, including magnesium, silicate, copper, iron and potassium. It naturally exfoliates, helps heal acne, helps keep pores unclogged and so much more!
Hibiscus is widely known as the anti-aging plant! (it helps to increase elasticity as well as inhibits the enzyme elastase). It is full of antioxidants, which have been shown to effectively fight free radicals. It is very good for those with sensitive skins because of it’s anti-inflammatory properties. It has a high mucilage content, which naturally keeps the skin moisturized.

Place 1/4-1/2 tsp of powder in a bowl. Add water a little at a time until a spreadable paste is formed. Begin applying, in a circular motion, starting from cheeks out, then address the chin and forehead area. Focus mostly on where your acne is troublesome. Leave on for 10-15 min. Rinse with warm water and then pat face dry with a clean cloth. This mask should be used once/week initially. If you have no reaction to the product, then you may gradually increase your usage up to 3 times/week.
